Slap of Time

Lives fell and grew.
Though it benefits a few,
it effects the rest of the crew.
Slap of time known to generations, old or new

Changing time is an evident long drive
And has moved across the continents five,
The journey starts from harmony & peace,
ends on the road of pain & disease.

Days of brotherhood live short.
Back are the days of crime
A havocked mind is wrought
with the passage of aberrant time.

Wheel of fortune has an ugly twist
Good turns bad and the bad turns good
Lives controlled by the shining dime
never survive the slap of time.
